Quality Engineer Efficiency Meets Precise Work
Job Description:
The main architect of process control and product integrity in the production facility is the quality engineer. Making sure that every product that comes off the assembly line satisfies customer expectations, regulatory regulations, and internal standards is your main goal. By employing statistical techniques to find deviations before they become flaws, you will go beyond basic inspection to include quality into the process. The ideal applicant will be able to solve problems and bridge the gap between shop-floor execution and engineering design, creating a culture where quality is "everyone’s responsibility."

Key Duties:
Process Control & Monitoring: To guarantee stable and competent production processes, create and update control plans and work instructions.
Root

Cause Analysis: Use structured approaches like as 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone diagrams to lead inquiries into consumer complaints and internal non-conformities.
Support the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process for new product development (NPI) by helping to create control plans and failure mode and effects analyses (FMEAs).
Using MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis) and routine calibration, make sure that all measurement systems are correct. Specify the needs for gauges and testing apparatus.
Supplier Quality Management: Use SCARs (Supplier Corrective Action Reports) to address raw material quality concerns, audit suppliers, and assess supplier performance in conjunction with the procurement team.
