Focus Skills:
Analytical expertise: mastery of SPC tools, MS Excel, and Minitab.
Metrology Knowledge: Proficiency with precision tools such as gauges, CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines), micrometers, and vernier calipers.
Methodological Rigor: thorough understanding
of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning).
Communication: The capacity to produce lucid technical papers and show senior management data-driven conclusions.
