You are the defender of the integrity of our brand as a Quality Engineer. You engineer the mechanisms that keep flaws from ever happening, not just inspect the pieces. You can make sure that our high-speed production lines produce flawless results at scale by combining extensive process understanding with cutting-edge measurement science.
Key Skills:
/>Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of how molding parameters relate to plastic flaws like flash, short shot, and silver streaks.
Measurement Proficiency: Proficient use of sophisticated automated inspection equipment, micrometers, and verniers.
Expertise in Standards: Knowledge of IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 quality management systems.
The capacity to decipher intricate engineering drawings (GD&T) and convert them into useful inspection points.
Experience: 3+ yrs
