With the proactive use of process control, statistical analysis (SPC), and integrated smart technologies, quality engineering is becoming a crucial, strategic function that ensures product integrity and customer trust at every stage of the production cycle.
Desired Outcomes:
You will be responsible for a wide range of essential quality assurance tasks, including developing inspection plans, managing quality documentation, and overseeing process audits. Your expertise in Statistical Process Control
(SPC), 8D Problem Solving, FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) will be crucial for proactively identifying risks and driving systemic improvements. You will collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve non-conformances, implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and champion a culture of continuous quality improvement across the entire facility.
