Role Summary
Responsible for implementing and monitoring QMS, IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ROHS, and ensuring strong shopfloor quality control, including supervision of patrolling inspectors and machine/product testing.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and improve IATF 16949 QMS.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 (EHS) and ROHS.
• Conduct and support internal, customer, and external audits.
• Monitor and guide patrolling quality inspectors.
• Oversee in-process, final inspection, and testing of machines/products.
• Drive corrective and preventive
actions (CAPA).
• Maintain quality documentation and records.
• Coordinate with Production and Maintenance for quality improvements.
• Support customer complaint resolution and closure.

• Customer Complaints / PPM Level
• Internal & External Audit Compliance (%)
• Closure Rate of NCRs / CAPAs (On-time %)
• In-process & Final Inspection Rejection Rate
• Effectiveness of Patrolling Inspections
• Machine & Product Testing Compliance (%)
• Calibration & Gauge Compliance Rate
• ROHS & EHS Compliance Status
• Documentation Accuracy & Timeliness
Preferred Profile
• Experience in automobile child parts / Auto components / Related Industry
• Hands-on shop floor exposure.
• Strong understanding of automotive quality tools and testing methods.
