Job Description
Duties:
System Development & Implementation: Create and implement the architecture for the Quality Management System, making sure that every department from Dispatch to Procurement is included in the quality loop.
Audit Leadership: Oversee internal quality audits and serve as the main point of contact for customer auditors and outside certification organizations during third-party evaluations.
Document Control Management: Make sure that only approved, current versions of SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals are being used by monitoring their lifespan.
CAPA & Root Cause Analysis: To guarantee long-lasting corrective measures, assist cross-functional teams in looking into systemic non-conformities employing 8D, 5-Why, or Fishbone analysis.
/>Risk management: To proactively reduce manufacturing failures, keep and update risk registers and papers related to Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.
Monitoring Compliance: Verify that the company complies with legal, regulatory, and customer-specific standards (CSRs).
Focus Skills:
Expertise in Standards: Thorough understanding of ISO 9001; it is very desirable to have industry-specific knowledge of IATF 16949 (Automotive), ISO 13485 (Medical), or AS9100 (Aerospace).
Proficiency with Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC mastery.
Auditing: Lead Auditor or Certified Internal Auditor.
The capacity to decipher intricate data sets in order to spot patterns and structural flaws.
