Job Description:
In an injection molding setting, the QMS Engineer is a strategic quality expert in charge of creating, preserving, and enhancing the company's Quality Management System. Your main responsibility is to make sure that all manufacturing procedures, from the intake of raw resin to the finished molded part, comply with global standards and client-specific specifications. You ensure that "Quality by Design" is incorporated into the high-precision molding
process by serving as a liaison between production and compliance. A thorough auditor with a strong grasp of plastic processing, defect analysis, and risk-based thinking would be the perfect applicant.
Key Skills:
Standard Expertise: Extensive understanding of IATF and ISO.
APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA proficiency are essential tools.
Technical expertise: Knowledge of injection molding parameters and how they affect quality.
Analytical Tools: For high-quality data analysis, master Minitab or sophisticated Excel.
Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
