QMS Engineer Shifting Requirements into Performance
Job Description
Who you are:
Developing and updating QMS documentation, such as injection molding-specific work instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality manuals, is part of system implementation and maintenance. Arrange and carry out department-wide internal audits to verify adherence to ISO/IATF guidelines and client-specific specifications. Oversee the lifetime of all documents pertaining to quality, making sure that the shop floor is equipped with the most recent iterations of process sheets and technical drawings. As the leader of the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process, you must look into the underlying reasons for non-conformities and confirm that the solutions are working. Identify and
reduce possible hazards in the injection molding process by conducting and maintaining Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis. Hold workshops to educate shop floor employees about 5S technique, quality standards, and fault identification.
