QC Engineer Role for Young Grads Join Our crew
Job Description
Focus: Place a strong emphasis on practical inspection, process tracking, defect analysis, and making sure that all injection-molded plastic parts satisfy exacting quality requirements and client demands. Emphasise measuring proficiency, quality tools, and teamwork in a Chennai plastic production setting with high volume.
Experience: 0 to 2 yrs
What you’ll Do:
Before shipping, conduct final product checks to confirm product quality, packaging, and quantity.
Keep an eye on how well CAPAs are working and make sure they are sustainable on the shop floor.
Create quality reports for management review on
a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Before approving production runs, perform first-off/last-off inspections of the items following mould modifications or new setups.
Keep an eye on important injection moulding process variables and how they affect part quality.
What you need:
Excellent communication skills and the capacity to cooperate in a cross-functional team setting.
proactive, self-driven, and capable of working unsupervised with little guidance.
strong organisational abilities and the capacity to oversee several priorities and tasks.
