QC Engineer Opportunities Available for Freshers
Job Description
Responsibilities
The existence and accuracy of job instructions related to quality and safety.
Verify that the initial piece's release was executed in compliance with the relevant standard.
Examine whether quality equipment (such as Poka Yoke and controls built into machines) are operating in accordance with the relevant standard.
Examine the standards (e.g., OK start, work instructions, visual inspection standard, parameter setting records, magic square) that are used and displayed in production, and report any non-conformities to the relevant Supervisor
or Engineer.
Content, procedure, frequency, outcomes, and response to deviations.
Verify that a QRAP is open and being monitored in accordance with the relevant standard, and that the stoppage and reaction rules to the defect are being followed.
Verify that every product is identified in accordance with its status and the relevant standard.
