Job Description

Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Conduct critical and routine quality checks on incoming supplies, in-process components, and completed goods using approved measuring instruments and inspection plans.
To guarantee compliance, finish and document First Article Inspection (FAI) reports for new products or procedures before mass production starts.
/>Find, record, and label any non-conforming parts or materials during an inspection.
Help Production oversee effective rework processes or make sure scrap is disposed of properly.
Make sure that all inspection procedures adhere to corporate standards and external regulatory requirements.
Incorporate superior data into the quality database or statistical process control (SPC) system.
