Key Skills:
Technical Measurement: Proficiency with both manual and digital metrology instruments (calipers, gauges, hardness testers).
The ability to identify minute surface flaws, fissures, or dimensional variations that can impair a product's functioning
GD&T Knowledge: Excellent grasp of tolerancing and geometric dimensioning to decipher engineering intent.
The capacity to promptly ascertain the reason behind a particular part's inspection failure and recommend prompt remedial measures.
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
