Before manufactured goods are delivered to customers, the Quality Control (QC) Engineer is in charge of making sure they fulfill all necessary technical requirements and quality standards. Technical inspection, data analysis, and process enforcement are all part of your job. To verify the integrity of the product, you will create inspection procedures, handle non-conforming materials, and use precise tools. The ideal applicant is a professional with a "eye for detail," unwavering in their
standards, and committed to the "Total Quality Management" attitude.
Key Skills:
Technical literacy is the capacity to decipher intricate engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) symbols.
Metrology: The ability to operate digital height gauges, profile projectors, and CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines).
Analytical Software: Proficiency in statistical data analysis using Minitab or Advanced Excel.
Solving problems: proficiency with CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) and the 8D problem-solving methodology.
