Job Description

Education: Diploma/BE in ECE
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Inspection & Testing: Use automated testing equipment and precision measuring instruments to carry out first-piece, patrol, and final inspections.
Non-Conforming Material Control: To guarantee that no inferior product is sent to the client, locate, label, and separate any faulty components.
Metrology & Calibration: Make sure that all measuring devices and jigs are maintained and calibrated, and that all certified and accurate tools are used for verification.
Blueprint & Tolerance Analysis: Determine pass/fail criteria by interpreting intricate technical drawings and GD&T.
Documentation: To assist in identifying recurrent quality trends, keep thorough
inspection logs and reports that you can feed into the QMS.
Measure R&R Studies: Use Measurement System Analysis (MSA) to make sure that measurement process variance falls within allowable bounds.
Lab Testing: Depending on the needs of the product, do specialist tests such surface roughness analysis, tensile strength testing, and hardness testing.
