Job Description
What you do:
plan & Management: Establish and oversee the departmental goals, budget, and overall Quality Assurance plan that are in line with business objectives.
Documentation: Make sure that all work instructions, manuals, quality procedures, and records are kept up to date, managed, and maintained.
CAPA System: Oversee the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) system, making sure that actions are implemented and verified throughout the company in a timely and efficient manner.
/>Customer Interface: Act as the last resort and main point of contact for handling returned goods (RMA) and addressing significant customer quality complaints.
Regulatory Compliance: Verify that all manufactured goods and procedures adhere to applicable industry rules and client-specific quality specifications.
Experience: 10 to 13 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Salary: Best in the Industry
