What you will do:
creating, putting into practice, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in complete accordance with pertinent industry standards.
overseeing
all external certification audits and directing the internal audit program to guarantee successful compliance results.
overseeing the entire Non-Conformance (NC) and CAPA process, making sure that root cause analysis is done effectively, and confirming that long-term remedies are implemented across all departments.
Overseeing Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA), which includes requirements for incoming material inspection, scorecards, and supplier audits.
maintaining strict quality standards, leading the QA/QC team, and promoting quality culture and training throughout the company.
monitoring process stability and proactively identifying quality concerns through the use of statistical process control (SPC) and other analytical methods.
