QA Manager Guiding Quality in All Operational Units
Job Description
Who You Are:
QMS Strategy and Governance: The Quality Management System (QMS) will be owned and constantly improved by you, guaranteeing its efficacy, adherence to external standards, and alignment with business objectives and operational excellence targets.
Team Leadership & Development: In order to promote a proactive, data-driven culture, you will oversee, guide, and develop the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QC) team, which consists of inspectors, auditors, and quality engineers.
Process Quality & Improvement: You will advocate for the use of strong quality tools to pinpoint systemic flaws, lower variability, cut down on scrap, and spearhead shop floor-wide continuous improvement initiatives.
Supplier and
Customer Quality: In order to safeguard the customer relationship, you will supervise incoming quality control (IQC) processes and oversee the resolution of important customer quality issues. You will also drive effective internal and external corrective actions.
Audits and Compliance: You are responsible for planning, executing, and managing all internal, external, and customer audits, ensuring the organization maintains required certifications without major non-conformances
Experience: 10+ yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech or Life Science Graduation
