QA Manager Establishing Trust Through High Quality
Job Description
Experience: 10+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Lifescience/Engineering
Duties:
System Ownership: Own, manage, and constantly develop the company's Quality Management System (QMS), guaranteeing full compliance with key international standards, such as ISO 9001 and any unique industry standards.
Team Supervision: Lead, coach, and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QC) teams, including inspectors, technicians, and engineers, providing training and performance
management.
Continuous Improvement: Oversee and assist Lean and Six Sigma projects that reduce variance, increase yields, and do away with scrap and rework.
Supplier Quality: To guarantee that incoming materials fulfil requirements, create and oversee the supplier quality program, carry out supplier audits, handle non-conformances, and promote supplier development.
NPI Support: Ensure all quality criteria are integrated into the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, including approval of critical documents such FMEAs and PPAPs.
