Job Description
Experience: 10+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Duties:
Ownership of the Quality Management System (QMS): Ensure ongoing adherence to standards like ISO 9001 by owning and maintaining the organization's QMS.
Management Review: For the regular Management Review meetings, prepare and present quality measurements (KPIs) and performance data.
Non-Conformance: Oversee the non-conformance system, making sure that faulty materials or products are
promptly identified, separated, recorded, and disposed of.
Calibration: Maintain and oversee the calibration and metrology program for all test and measurement apparatus.
Data analysis: Examine quality data, spot patterns, and create strategic plans to get rid of chronic defect sources and raise overall yield and quality expenses.
Training: To promote a strong quality culture, oversee training programs for all staff members on quality standards, documentation, and particular quality procedures.
