QA Engineer establish the role of Lead in Quality
Job Description

Education: Diploma/BE in ECE
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
QMS Development & Maintenance: Oversee the Quality Management System's (QMS) implementation and maintenance, making sure it complies with global standards like ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or ISO 13485.
Process Auditing: To find deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs) and verify compliance with "Control Plans," conduct routine internal audits of industrial processes.
Ensure that quality is "designed-in" from the prototyping phase to mass production by spearheading the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process for new product introductions.
Risk Mitigation (FMEA): To proactively identify possible process
failures and put in place high-detection mechanisms, facilitate and update Failure Mode and Effects Analysis papers.
Document Control: Ensure that only the most recent versions of technical specifications, work instructions, and quality records are used on the shop floor by overseeing their approval, dissemination, and archiving.
