QA Engineer Utilize lead role in Quality
Job Description:
In a manufacturing setting, the QA Engineer (Quality Assurance) is a strategic expert in charge of creating, putting into place, and managing the processes that guarantee goods are produced to the highest standards. Your main goal is to change the organization's focus from "Detection" finding faults to "Prevention" stopping problems before they occur. As the defender of the Quality Management System (QMS), you make sure that every procedure, from the acquisition of raw materials to the final assembly, can yield reliable, flawless outcomes. A data-driven problem solver who strikes a balance between technical engineering expertise and a strict adherence to global quality standards is the perfect applicant.

Key Duties
Process Capability & Validation: Make sure manufacturing processes can fulfill design tolerances by doing research.
Lead the Advanced Product Quality Planning

(APQP) process for new product releases, making sure that risks are detected early through Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
Standardization and Documentation: To guarantee consistency across various shifts and production lines, create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Control Plans, and Work Instructions.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Use organized approaches such as 8D, 5-Why, or Ishikawa (Fishbone) diagrams to conduct investigations into internal non-conformities and consumer complaints.
Statistical Process Control (SPC): To stop the mass production of faulty parts, use and keep an eye on SPC charts to identify process changes and trends.
Metrology & Calibration: To guarantee data dependability, oversee the calibration schedule for every measuring and testing apparatus.
