QA Engineer Join a precise Team Position
Job Description
Duties:
Quality Systems Management: Create and manage the Quality Management System, which includes quality manuals, SOPs, and inspection checklists.
Statistical Process Control: Track production stability, spot patterns, and anticipate possible quality deviations before they lead to scrap by using statistical methods.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): To guarantee that flaws are kept from happening again, lead investigations into non-conformances utilizing instruments like the 8D report, 5-Whys, and Fishbone diagrams.
Supplier Quality Management: Coordinate on quality improvement projects and audit and assess suppliers to make sure incoming raw materials fulfill technical requirements.
Audit & Compliance: To make sure that ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other
industry-specific standards are being followed, conduct internal quality audits.
Continuous Improvement: Lead Six Sigma and Kaizen initiatives to lower the "Cost of Poor Quality" by reducing scrap and rework.
Focus Skills:
Analytical expertise: mastery of SPC tools, MS Excel, and Minitab.
Metrology Knowledge: Proficiency with precision tools such as CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines), Vernier calipers, and micrometers.
Core Quality Tools: thorough understanding of FMEA, PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning).
Communication: The capacity to produce lucid technical papers and show senior management data-driven conclusions.
