QA Engineer Assume lead role in Safety
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS): Create and revise Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Quality Manuals, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with ISO or industry-specific standards.
Statistical Process Control (SPC): Use SPC tools to keep an eye on manufacturing processes in order to spot variances and stop non-conformities before they happen.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Use Fishbone, 5-Why, or 8D analysis to conduct investigations into internal failures or consumer complaints in order to put long-term corrective measures in place.
Auditing: For certifications like ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100, conduct routine internal process audits and assist external audits.
Supplier Quality Oversight: To guarantee material integrity, assess and audit raw material suppliers and carry out Incoming Quality Coordination.
Metrology & Calibration: To guarantee data correctness and dependability,
supervise the calibration and upkeep of all measuring devices and gauges.
Support for New Product Development (NPD): Take part in the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) to make sure new goods satisfy quality standards right away.
Continuous Improvement: Lead Six Sigma and Kaizen initiatives to lower rework expenses, scrap rates, and the total "Cost of Quality."
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in EEE
