In order to ensure product integrity and customer trust, quality assurance is becoming a crucial, strategic function that proactively uses statistical analysis (SPC), process control, and integrated smart technologies to bake quality into every stage of the production cycle.
Desired Outcomes:
Creating inspection plans, maintaining quality paperwork, and supervising process audits are just a few of the many crucial quality assurance duties you will be in charge of. For proactive risk
identification and systemic improvement, your proficiency with Statistical Process Control (SPC), Gauge R&R, FMEAs, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) will be essential. In order to address non-conformances, carry out efficient Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and promote a continuous quality improvement culture throughout the entire facility, you will work closely with the Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
