QA Assistant Managers Wanted Growth Role
Job Description:
A crucial leadership position, the QA (Quality Assurance) Assistant Manager is in charge of preserving the manufacturing process's structural and functional integrity. Assisting the QA Manager with the implementation, oversight, and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) is your main responsibility. As the "Guardian of Standards," you make sure that each raw material, component used during production, and final product satisfies both internal standards and external legal requirements. The ideal applicant is a data-driven leader who strikes a balance between the soft qualities needed to manage a varied team of inspectors and technicians and technical proficiency in metrology and testing.
Key Duties
QMS Implementation: Help keep ISO standards up to date and make sure all documentation is prepared for audits.
Process Auditing: To
find non-conformities and verify adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conduct routine internal audits of the production floor.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Use techniques like 8D, 5 Whys, or Fishbone Diagrams to lead "Corrective and Preventive Action" (CAPA) projects that address recurrent flaws.
Supplier Quality Management: To guarantee zero-defect material entry, assess and audit raw material suppliers and oversee the "Incoming Quality Control" (IQC) procedure.
Statistical Process Control (SPC): Use Pareto analysis and control charts to track production trends and anticipate and stop possible quality changes.
Team Leadership: To keep departmental morale high, oversee and train a group of Quality Inspectors and oversee shift schedules and performance reviews.
