Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Component Assembly: To create production machinery or other equipment, fit and assemble metal components and subassemblies.
Blueprint Interpretation: To ascertain the dimensions and tolerances of completed workpieces, read and comprehend technical drawings and blueprints.
Precision Fitting: Make sure components fit together precisely by using measuring devices and hand tools.
Machining Operations: Shape or finish pieces using workshop equipment including lathes, drill bits, and grinders.
Maintenance & Repair: To reduce production downtime, do routine preventive maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
Marking and Laying Out: Before cutting or drilling, use scribers
and dividers to mark out the measurements of raw materials.
Safety Adherence: Keep your workstation tidy and orderly and adhere to all safety regulations, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any ITI Graduation
