Pushing Effective Machining with Production Engineers
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Process Planning and Implementation: Create and streamline production processes to guarantee high output and low downtime.
Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Manage the installation of new machinery and assist the maintenance staff in identifying and resolving production line technical issues.
Continuous Improvement (Lean/Kaizen): To cut waste and boost operational effectiveness, identify inefficiencies and apply "Lean Manufacturing" or "Kaizen" techniques.
Quality Assurance & Control: Use Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify any flaws and make sure all final products satisfy internal requirements and international quality standards (ISO).
Production Scheduling: Manage daily production schedules in coordination with the
planning department, making sure that all personnel and materials are available to meet deadlines.
Safety & Compliance: To avoid workplace mishaps and guarantee environmental compliance, enforce stringent Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) procedures.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in ECE
