Job Description:
The injection molding facility's QMS (Quality Management System) Engineer is in charge of process standardization and compliance. Maintaining, auditing, and enhancing the organizational structure that guarantees constant product quality and regulatory compliance (such ISO 9001 or IATF 16949) is your main task. You make sure that every process is recorded, every deviation is monitored, and the plant is always "audit-ready" in the high-precision world of injection molding, where material traceability and process stability are crucial. The ideal applicant is a meticulous auditor who strikes a balance between strict adherence to regulations and a desire for further development.
Key Duties:
System Maintenance: Create, execute, and revise the Quality Manual, documents at the Tier level, and SOPs that are unique to molding operations.
Lead
internal auditing programs and serve as the main liaison for external certification authorities and customer quality audits.
Non-Conformance Management: Keep an eye on the CAPA system and make sure that root cause analysis for molding flaws are comprehensive and successful.
Risk management involves facilitating and maintaining the FMEA for the product and the molding process while making sure that risks are kept to a minimum.
Compliance & Traceability: From raw resin batches to completed molded parts and subsequent activities, make sure that material traceability procedures are strictly followed.
Document Control: Ensure that the "latest version only" is accessible on the shop floor by managing the lifetime of all technical drawings, master setting sheets, and quality records.
