Job Description:
The main technical conduit between the manufacturing company and its customers is the service engineer. This position is in charge of installing, commissioning, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment on-site. In addition to technical assistance, the service engineer collects field data to assist the R&D team in improving product design and offers crucial customer training. The ideal applicant is a "road warrior" who can handle high-pressure equipment breakdowns at client sites while maintaining a professional manner, enjoys doing hands-on mechanical and electrical
work, and has good problem-solving abilities.
Key Skills:
Multidisciplinary Technical Knowledge: The ability to understand mechanical assembly drawings, hydraulic circuits, and electrical schematics.
Automation Fundamentals: The capacity to communicate with PLCs (Siemens, Rockwell, etc.) and carry out simple program modifications or error detection.
Excellent verbal communication skills and the capacity to coolly handle challenging customer circumstances are key components of excellent customer service.
Physical stamina: The capacity to labor in a variety of industrial settings and travel widely, frequently up to 70–80% of the time.
