Protect Product Integrity by Trying to Become a QA Engineer
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
QMS Development & Maintenance: Help design and document the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with industry-specific standards such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.
APQP & PPAP Management: Create the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) paperwork for new product launches and oversee or assist with the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process.
Before mass production starts, identify possible process risks and put mitigation plans in place by facilitating Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) sessions.
Internal Auditing: Arrange and carry out internal audits of different departments to verify adherence to set SOPs and pinpoint areas in
need of development.
Oversee the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) system and make sure that root cause analyses (using the 8D or 5-Why) result in practical, long-term fixes.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
