Prospects for a Career Head of the QC Manufacturing Facility
Job Description
Primary Task: To establish and maintain strong QC procedures, guarantee that product quality satisfies the highest standards, promote continuous improvement, and cultivate a culture of quality across the entire organisation as the head and director of the Quality Control (QC) department within our injection moulding operations in Chennai.
Responsibilities
Establish a proactive and quality-focused culture by giving the QC team working on injection-molded parts strong leadership and guidance.
Serve as a vital member of the Chennai leadership group, promoting injection moulding quality and influencing decisions pertaining to these procedures.
Create and oversee the budget for injection moulding quality control in the QC department, making sure that funds for specialised tools and training are distributed effectively.
Create and keep
thorough quality control records and documentation unique to injection moulding procedures and inspections.
Encourage the use of cutting-edge QC methods and tools for injection moulding quality control.
Required Abilities:
Excellent leadership, communication (both written and verbal in English, proficiency in Tamil is highly desirable for shop floor communication in Chennai), and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and drive change across different departments involved in the injection moulding process.
Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis as applied to injection moulding quality.

Experience: 10 to 12 yrs
Qualification: Any BE Degree
