Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of EOB/ERA reading and RCM software proficiency.
Medical Terminology: Knowledge of common adjustment/denial codes, as well as CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
Mathematical
Accuracy: Excellent numeracy abilities to balance daily batches, calculate percentages, and make adjustments.
Speed & Accuracy: Fast alphanumeric data entry with an emphasis on reducing entry mistakes.
