Job Description
Experience: 3+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: Diploma/BE in Any Specialization
What You will do:
Operate and program multi-axis CNC milling machines with precision, making sure that all equipment, fixtures, and supplies are set up appropriately for production runs.
Be the Problem-Solver: By identifying and fixing intricate machine-related difficulties, tool wear, and other operational concerns, you will save downtime and preserve production goals.
Maintain Quality: Using precision measuring
tools (such as callipers and micrometres), you will conduct in-process checks and first-piece inspections to make sure components adhere to stringent dimensions and quality tolerances.
Collaborate for Excellence: You will collaborate closely with the engineering team to suggest design enhancements, enhance cycle times, and optimise machining procedures.
Champion Safety: You are responsible for making sure that all machine setups and operations are carried out strictly in accordance with business policies and safety regulations.
