Job Description
Experience: 3+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: Diploma/BE in ECE
What You will do:
Ensure that goods fulfil all engineering specifications, quality standards, and customer needs by conducting and supervising in-process and final inspections.
Set an example by using a range of precise measuring tools and instruments (such as gauges, micrometres, and callipers) to confirm the dimensions and quality of the products.
Drive Improvement: You
will use quality tools to find the underlying reasons of non-conformances, analyse and research them, and work with the production team to drive corrective measures.
Be the Pro: You will create and keep up-to-date comprehensive quality documentation, such as test results, inspection reports, and quality logs.
Encourage a Culture of Quality: You will ensure a shared dedication to excellence by educating and advising production staff on quality processes and best practices.
