Role:
As a Trainee Operator, you'll be at the ground level of our manufacturing process, directly assisting our skilled operators and contributing to daily production targets. Your keen willingness to learn, attention to safety protocols, and dedication to precision will be immediately impactful. You'll be responsible for assisting with machine operations, loading/unloading materials, conducting basic quality checks, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
