Overseeing day-to-day activities on the manufacturing floor is the responsibility of the Production Supervisor, a front-line leadership position. Leading a group of operators and technicians to meet production goals while maintaining the highest levels of efficiency, quality, and safety is your main responsibility. You serve as the vital conduit between the shop floor and senior management, converting production plans into workable assignments and making sure that workers, equipment, and supplies are all precisely in sync. The ideal applicant is a strict disciplinarian who
has excellent people skills and a thorough understanding of equipment maintenance and manufacturing processes.

Leadership & Conflict Resolution: Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage a diverse staff and settle on-the-floor conflicts or performance concerns.
