What you will do:
Every day, you will be in charge of keeping an eye on, managing, and refining every
manufacturing process. This entails identifying process bottlenecks, evaluating production data (KPIs), and creating and putting into practice solutions to increase throughput and reduce waste. Your responsibilities will include creating and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing capacity planning, resolving equipment and process problems on the floor, and spearheading efforts for continuous improvement (such as Kaizen and 5S). To guarantee a dependable, seamless functioning, you will work closely with the Quality and Maintenance teams. Your commitment to efficiency, practical approach, and analytical rigour will be crucial in achieving world-class manufacturing performance.
