Production engineers will be needed in the future to construct intelligent, highly resilient, and adaptable production lines with zero-defect output and quick customisation by skilfully fusing cutting-edge technology with lean manufacturing principles.
What you will do:
creating, developing, and putting into practice reliable manufacturing layouts and processes that satisfy demanding production volume goals and quality standards.
carrying out efficient corrective and preventative measures (CAPA) and performing root cause analysis (RCA) on production
failures, equipment malfunctions, or quality flaws.
promoting Continuous Improvement (CI) programs that use approaches like Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to methodically cut waste, boost productivity, and improve safety on the factory floor.
defining, acquiring, and supervising the commissioning and installation of new production tools and equipment, guaranteeing their smooth integration into current lines and verifying their performance against requirements.
To guarantee process uniformity and repeatability throughout all shifts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), process flow diagrams, and equipment maintenance schedules must be created and maintained.
Analyzing production data to identify bottlenecks, forecast capacity needs, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
