The Production Engineer is in charge of managing the manufacturing processes and making sure that production goals are reached with the least amount of waste and maximum efficiency. In order to improve output quality while cutting costs, this position focuses on streamlining processes, increasing equipment usage, and optimizing plant layouts. The ideal applicant will ensure that goods are
manufactured in accordance with technical standards within the necessary timeframes by bridging the gap between design and manufacturing.
Key Skills:
thorough comprehension of production procedures.
proficiency in SolidWorks or AutoCAD for fixture design and plant layout.
strong familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for tracking production and inventories.
outstanding leadership abilities to oversee and instruct shop floor personnel and technicians.
