Job Description
Responsibilities:
Production Scheduling: Create and carry out daily production plans to minimize idle time and satisfy client expectations.
Line balancing: Examine workflow to make sure that tasks are divided equally among workstations, avoiding bottlenecks and increasing throughput.
OEE Tracking: Determine the underlying reasons of downtime, speed reductions, and quality flaws in order to track and enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Cost Reduction: Look for ways to lower manufacturing expenses by using materials more efficiently and using less energy.
Jigs and Fixtures: To
improve accuracy and ease of assembly, design or recommend modifications for jigs, fixtures, and tooling.
Safety Compliance: Verify that the shop floor conforms to environmental legislation and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
Soft Skills:
strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
outstanding ability to solve problems in stressful situations.
the capacity to explain technical ideas to non-technical employees.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
