Your Duties:
Process planning: Create and carry out the production process in a step-by-step manner to guarantee maximum output and seamless product flow.
Equipment Optimization: To minimize downtime and guarantee that every piece of equipment is operating at full capacity, calibrate and keep an eye on manufacturing machinery.
Quality Control: Verify that the "first-off" and finished products satisfy technical specifications and client requirements by conducting routine inspections.
Waste Reduction: Examine the production line to
identify and eliminate "bottlenecks" or needless labor and material expenses.
Safety Compliance: To avoid workplace mishaps and equipment damage, make sure that all manufacturing activities adhere to stringent safety procedures.
