Responsibilities:
Process Planning & Execution: To optimize output and resource usage, create and implement production schedules and workflows.
Line Optimization: Examine production lines to find bottlenecks, then apply "Kaizen" to improve cycle times and lower "Takt Time."
Coordination of Machine Maintenance: Manage the installation and upkeep of production equipment while working with maintenance teams to use Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
Waste Management: Keep an eye on production expenses and put plans in place to cut down on energy and material waste.
Lean & SixSigma Implementation: To make your workspace more orderly
and productive, use Lean manufacturing concepts like 5S, Just-In-Time, and Kanban.
Quality Oversight: Collaborate closely with QA/QC teams to guarantee that products are consistently produced within predetermined tolerances during the production process.
Safety Compliance: Make sure that environmental rules and occupational safety requirements are strictly followed on the shop floor.
Required Skills:
Technical expertise: a solid grasp of manufacturing techniques, including as assembly, injection molding, and CNC machining.
Software Proficiency: Knowledge of CAD/CAM programs (SolidWorks or AutoCAD) and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle).
Problem Solving: The capacity to swiftly carry out Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in the event of a production halt.
Project management: Capable of overseeing schedules, personnel, and supplies for extensive production runs.
