Job Description
Key Skills:
Technical expertise: a solid understanding of production procedures, such as casting, fabrication, assembly, and machining.
Analytical Capability: Mastery of data-driven decision-making and statistical process control (SPC).
Leadership: The capacity to oversee sizable groups of operators and technicians under time constraints.
Software literacy includes knowledge of basic AutoCAD/SolidWorks for layout planning, MS Excel for reporting, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
