Job Description
Your Contribution:
Process Optimisation & Efficiency: Implementing Lean manufacturing concepts and Six Sigma techniques to increase throughput and lower operating costs, as well as continuously evaluating production data and workflows to find bottlenecks and cut waste (time, materials, and energy).
Developing and implementing strict quality standards and control methods, such as root cause analysis (RCA) for production defects and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce rework and scrap, is known as quality assurance and control.
The process of designing, acquiring, setting up, and testing new production equipment is known as equipment management. ensuring that preventative maintenance programs are used
to maintain and calibrate current equipment so that it operates at its best.
Safety and Compliance: Creating procedures that follow all applicable safety, environmental, and legal requirements to guarantee a secure workplace for all production employees.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Design/R&D teams to ensure products are designed for manufacturability (DFM) and collaborating with Maintenance and Supply Chain teams to minimize downtime and ensure timely material availability.
Experience: 4 to 7 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in Auto
