Processes Improvement Specialist and Production Engineer
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Control (PPC): To guarantee 100% on-time delivery, create daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales projections and material availability.
Process Optimization: Use time and motion studies to analyze current manufacturing workflows and make changes to shorten cycle durations and boost throughput.
Lean Manufacturing: To reduce waste (Muda) and boost shop floor productivity, spearhead Lean initiatives like 5S, Kaizen, and Just-in-Time (JIT).
Tooling & Jigs Design: To standardize manufacturing and lower human error, design or supervise the fabrication of specialized jigs, fixtures, and tooling.
Machine Utilization (OEE): Analyze downtime data and work with
the maintenance team to monitor and enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Workforce Management: Oversee and instruct shop floor workers on safety procedures, quality standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in ECE
