Responsibilities:
Process Development: Using the concepts of Scientific Moulding, create and record reliable injection molding procedures.
Lead New Mould Trials, troubleshoot issues, and confirm that the tooling satisfies production cycle time and quality standards.
DOE: Regardless of external factors, carry out methodical trials to determine the ideal "Process Window" that reliably yields parts within tolerance.
Cycle Time Optimization: Examine current production runs to find bottlenecks and cut cycle times by optimizing the sequence or using better cooling techniques.
Tooling

Support: Work along with the Tool Room to examine mold designs and make recommendations for changes to cooling channels, gates, or runners.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP): To guarantee that production teams can duplicate ideal conditions, create and maintain thorough "Setup Sheets" and process instructions.

Required Skills:
Technical Mastery: In-depth knowledge of hydraulic and electric injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and polymer rheology.
Analytical Tools: AutoCAD for layout or tool review, Minitab for statistical analysis, and Moldflow analytic expertise.
Solving problems: Being proficient in troubleshooting methods for intricate flaws such as dimensional instability, gas markings, and jetting.
Methodical Approach: Strict attention to documentation standards and validation processes (IQ/OQE/PQ).
