Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven and skilled Quality Control Manager to oversee our quality programs and guarantee the reliable provision of superior goods and services. From creating and putting into place strong quality systems to managing a productive group of quality control inspectors, you will be in charge of managing every facet of quality control in this crucial position.
What you will do:
Lead, coach, and inspire a superior group of quality control inspectors.
Evaluate employees' work, provide them comments, and respond to their issues.
Encourage a culture of excellence and ongoing development among team members.
Create, put into practice, and uphold reliable quality control methods and systems.
Make sure that all applicable quality standards,
industry rules (such ISO 9001 and FDA regulations), and client requirements are followed.
What we need:
thorough familiarity with the concepts, procedures, and instruments of quality control (e.g., statistical process control, root cause analysis, FMEA, SPC).
demonstrated expertise in putting quality management systems in place and keeping them up to date
strong supervisory, motivating, and leadership abilities.
the capacity to motivate and lead an effective quality control staff.
