Press Production Engineer with Skill of Metal Work Tools
Job Description
Your Contribution:
Process Development: Create, verify, and put into practice the best manufacturing procedures, such as die sequencing, blank development, and material handling techniques, for new stamped components.
Cycle Time Reduction: To decrease idle time, minimize coil changes, and maximize press stroke rates while preserving tooling integrity, conduct methodical analysis.
Tooling Trials: Oversee and direct new die trials to guarantee safe integration into the production press, successful run-off, and capability verification.
Material Management: To avoid material thinning,
wrinkling, or splitting flaws during forming, ascertain the ideal material coil widths, gauges, and lubrication needs.
Documentation: Produce and keep up-to-date Process Flow Diagrams, Press Run Sheets, Setup Instructions, and Control Plans.
Put methods into place to decrease the amount of scrap material and lubricants and specialist consumables used in the stamping process.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
