Press Production Engineer Quick Employment Wanted
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Production Oversight: Oversee press line daily production schedules, making sure that output goals are reached without sacrificing part quality.
Die Setup & Maintenance: Oversee the tooling and die installation, alignment, and "first-off" inspection; work with the tool room to arrange any necessary repairs or adjustments.
Process Optimization: Analyze cycle times and material flow to incorporate Lean Manufacturing concepts, reducing scrap rates and energy consumption.
Troubleshooting: Identify and fix technical problems in real-time, such as press vibrations, misfeeds, or hydraulic/pneumatic system failures.
Preventative Maintenance: To prolong equipment life and avoid catastrophic failures, create and
implement a strict maintenance schedule for press machines.
Safety Management: Conduct safety audits on the manufacturing floor and make that all machines have working light curtains, two-hand controls, and emergency stops.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
