Job Description
Who you are:
Oversee press line daily production schedules to guarantee stamped components are delivered on time. Keep an eye on and enhance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such cycle time and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Manage the installation and testing of dies (tools); troubleshoot problems such as burr formation, wrinkling, or cracking during the stamping process. Use calipers, gauges, and CMM reports to make sure every part satisfies dimensions requirements; take corrective action for parts that don't. To save waste and changeover time, drive shop-floor improvements with Lean tools like Kaizen, SMED, and
5S. To guarantee a workplace free of accidents, enforce stringent safety procedures, such as the usage of light curtains, two-hand trip guards, and PPE.
